PART 2-2 - COMMONWEALTH GRANT SCHEME  

Division 36 - What are the conditions of receiving a grant?  

Subdivision 36-A - General  

SECTION 36-1   Condition of grant to comply with this Division  

36-1(1)    
A higher education provider receives a grant under this Part on condition that the provider complies with this Division.

36-1(2)    
Without limiting subsection (1), the following provisions of this Division do not of their own force require the provider to do any act or thing.
