SECTION 60-45   Outside employment  

60-45(1)    
A full-time * Board member must not engage in paid employment outside the duties of his or her office without the Minister ' s approval.

60-45(2)    
A part-time * Board member must not engage in paid employment that conflicts or may conflict with the proper performance of his or her duties.
