SECTION 24   POWER TO ESTABLISH ADVISORY BOARDS  

24(1)    
The accountable authority of a non-corporate Commonwealth entity may establish an advisory board to assist the authority in governing the entity.

24(2)    
An advisory board for a non-corporate Commonwealth entity may include individuals who are not officials of the entity.
