OFFICERS TO OBSERVE SECRECY
Section 10 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting paragraph (4)(b) and substituting the following paragraph:
``(b) the Tribunal in connection with proceedings under an Act of which the Commissioner has the general administration;''.
