Subject to subsection (2), APRA may arrange for the publication of statistical information relating to RSAs or RSA providers or relating to payments made to persons.

APRA must not arrange for the publication of statistical information in a manner that enables the identification of:

(a) an RSA provider; or

(b) a particular RSA; or

(c) a person.
