NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL

Draft Sales Tax Determination STD 98/D3 is withdrawn with effect from today.

Tax reform initiatives will change the circumstances in regard to contract winemaking and there has been an agreement between the ATO and the Winemakers' Federation of Australia not to proceed with this Determination.
