ORDER

The first respondent pay the applicant damages in the sum of $1,759,444.

Judgment be entered for the applicant against the first respondent in the sum of $1,759,444.

The claim for damages against the second, third, fourth and fifth respondents be dismissed.

The question of costs be reserved.
