Correction to the Explanatory Memorandum

1 In the general outline and financial impact, under the heading of effective life of depreciating assets, under the sub-heading financial impact, delete 'subsidies' and substitute 'timing benefit'.
2 In paragraph 5.73, delete 'subsidies' and substitute 'timing benefit'.
