Item 38

Section 271.7F - Harbouring a victim

Omit 'The new offence carries a maximum penalty of 12 years' imprisonment', substitute 'The new offence carries a maximum penalty of four years' imprisonment'.

Section 271.7G - Harbouring a victim-aggravated offence

Omit 'The new aggravated offence of harbouring a victim carries a maximum penalty of 20 years' imprisonment', substitute 'The new aggravated offence of harbouring a victim carries a maximum penalty of seven years' imprisonment'.
