Private Health Insurance Act 2007

I, Stephen John Vesperman, Deputy Commissioner of Taxation, make this revocation under the following provision: Section 282-30 of the Private Health Insurance Act 2007.

Legislative Instrument

1. Name of Revocation

This revocation is the Lodgment of Private Health Insurance Information in Accordance with the Private Health Insurance Act 2007 Revocation 2015.

2. Commencement

This revocation commences on the day after registration on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.

3. Application

This revocation repeals the 'Lodgment of Private Health Insurance Information in Accordance with the Private Health Insurance Act 2007' legislative instrument (F2014L00869) registered on 28 June 2014.
