214BAH(1)   [Request to occupier]  

If a verification officer is in or on premises that he or she entered under this Subdivision, the officer may request the occupier to answer any questions put by the officer.

214BAH(2)   [No obligation to comply]  

The occupier is not obliged to comply with the request.
