Hide history noteIf the Minister orders goods to be detained, the Minister must, as soon as practicable after making the order, give written notice of the order to:
(a) the owner of the goods; or
(b) if the owner of the goods cannot be identified after reasonable inquiry - the person in whose possession or under whose control the goods were at the time the order was given.
