Hide history noteAll goods seized under a seizure warrant or section 9 of the Crimes Act 1914 that are taken to be condemned as forfeited to the Crown under section 107FE or that are condemned under section 107FF shall be dealt with and disposed of in accordance with the directions of the CEO.
