Division 1 - Investigations  

SECTION 61A   Investigator may require production of books etc.  

(1)    
If an investigator reasonably believes that a person has custody or control of any books, accounts or documents relevant to the investigator ' s investigation, the investigator may, by written notice given to the person, require the person to produce any or all of the books, accounts or documents to the investigator.

(2)    
A person commits an offence if he or she refuses or fails to comply with a requirement under this section.

Penalty: 30 penalty units.
