SECTION 139ZIK   INTERIM INJUNCTIONS  

139ZIK(1)   Grant of interim injunction.  

If an application is made to the Court for an injunction under section 139ZIJ , the Court may, before considering the application, grant an interim injunction restraining a bankrupt from engaging in conduct of a kind referred to in that section.

139ZIK(2)   No undertakings as to damages.  

The Court is not to require an applicant for an injunction under section 139ZIJ , as a condition of granting an interim injunction, to give any undertakings as to damages.
