Hide history noteAny of the following persons may apply to the Court for an order directing the Official Receiver or another person how to exercise the Official Receiver ' s powers under this Part:
(a) a debtor who is a party to a debt agreement (or the debtor ' s personal representative if the debtor has died);
(b) a creditor who is a party to a debt agreement;
(c) the Official Receiver. 185W(2) [Court may act]
On an application under subsection (1), the Court may make an order directing the Official Receiver or another person how to exercise the Official Receiver ' s powers under this Part.
