SECTION 54A   PRESENTATION OF DECLARATION

54A(1)   [ Declaration in approved form]  

Subject to section 54B , a debtor may present to the Official Receiver a declaration, in the approved form, of the debtor ' s intention to present a debtor ' s petition.

A declaration presented by a debtor under this section must be accompanied by a statement of the debtor ' s affairs and a copy of that statement.

No 106 of 2010, Sch 4[13] contains the following application provision:

13 Application  
The amendments made by items 5, 6, 8, 10 and 12 apply in relation to declarations presented under section 54A of the Bankruptcy Act 1966 on or after the commencement of those items.
