SECTION 1202
EFFECT OF ORDERS UNDER SECTION 1201
1202(1)
[Prohibition on grant of licence]
The Commission shall not grant a futures brokers licence or a futures advisers licence to a person whom an order in force under section
1201 disqualifies from holding a futures brokers licence or a futures advisers licence, as the case may be.
1202(2)
[Contravention]
A person shall not contravene an order that:
(a)
is of a kind referred to in paragraph
1201(2)(b);
(b)
is in force under section
1201; and
(c)
relates to the person.
