THIS PART NOT TO AFFECT RIGHT OF FUTURES EXCHANGE OR FUTURES ASSOCIATION TO IMPOSE OBLIGATIONS ETC. ON MEMBERS

Nothing in this Part prevents a futures exchange or futures association imposing on members of that futures exchange or futures association any obligations or requirements (not being obligations or requirements inconsistent with this Law) that the futures exchange or futures association thinks fit with respect to:
(a)
the audit of financial statements (including the audit of financial statements by an auditor appointed by the futures exchange or futures association);
(b)
the information to be furnished in reports from auditors; or
(c)
the keeping of books.
