AMOUNT OF NOTICE OF MEETINGS OF LISTED COMPANY
249HA(1)
(28 days notice)
Despite section
249H, at least 28 days notice must be given of a meeting of a company's members.
249HA(2)
(Application of section)
This section applies only to a company that is:
(a)
incorporated in Australia; and
(b)
included in an official list of the Exchange.
249HA(3)
(Constitution)
This section applies despite anything in the company's constitution.
