103 Transitional - section 58 of the amended Act
Section 71 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from sub-subparagraphs (4)(b)(ii)(A), (5)(b)(ii)(A) and (6)(b)(ii)(A) "transferee" and substituting "transferor".
