An exemption under this Part may be made either generally or as otherwise provided in the exemption.
330(2) [Conditional or unconditional exemption]An exemption under this Part may be unconditional or subject to conditions specified in the exemption.
330(3) [Entities affected]Without limiting this section, an exemption under this Part may relate to a particular superannuation entity or class of superannuation entities.
