3 Termination of Modification Declaration No. 1
The modifications made by Modification Declaration No. 1 are taken to have ceased to have effect immediately before the commencement of this section.
Note: Modification Declaration No. 1 is made under section 332 of the Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Act 1993.
