Schedule 5 AMENDMENTS OF THE SUPERANNUATION (RESOLUTION OF COMPLAINTS) ACT 1993
59 Subsection 26(2)
(a) Omit "a complainant", substitute "a person making a complaint under section 14".
(b) Omit "to which the complaint relates", substitute "of the trustee concerned, or, if appropriate, of an insurer or other decision-maker whose decision is relevant to the subject matter of the complaint".
