Schedule 5 AMENDMENTS OF THE SUPERANNUATION (RESOLUTION OF COMPLAINTS) ACT 1993
76 Saving
Despite the amendments of section 47 of the Superannuation (Resolution of Complaints) Act 1993 made by this Act, any order of the Federal Court of Australia or a Judge of that Court, made before the day those amendments come into force, continues to have effect, on and after that day, as if it was an order of that Court, or of that Judge, made under section 47 of that Act as amended by this Act.
