Omit “or Division 10, 10AAA, 10AA or 10D”, substitute “of this Act, or Division 10, 10AAA, 10AA or 10D of this Part, or Division 43 or Subdivision 330-A, 330-C or 330-H of the Income Tax Assessment Act 1997,”.
