50 At the end of section 72
Add:
(4) In subsection (3):
carrier has the same meaning as in the Telecommunications Act 1997.
facility has the same meaning as in the Telecommunications Act 1997.
maintenance , in relation to a facility, has the same meaning as in clause 7 of Schedule 3 to the Telecommunications Act 1997.
