SECTION 110
RECORD OF EXAMINATION
110(1)
[Written record]
The inspector must cause a written record to be made of statements made at the examination.
110(2) [Requirement by inspector]The inspector may require the examinee to read the written record, or to have it read to him or her, and may require him or her to sign it.
110(3) [Examinee's copy]The inspector must give to the examinee a copy of the written record, without charge, but subject to such conditions (if any) as the inspector imposes.
