Part 1 Amendment of the Corporations Law set out in section 82 of the Corporations Act 1989
151 Subsection 1109K(2)
Repeal the subsection, substitute:
(2) Subsection (1) has effect despite anything in:
(a) the body's constitution; or
(b) a deed relating to debentures; or
(c) the constitution of a registered scheme; or
(d) a deed relating to interests.
