Schedule 2 Amendment of the Banking Act 1959
11 Subsection 11AF(1)
Omit all the words from and including "by", substitute:
by:
(a) all ADIs; or
(b) all authorised NOHCs; or
(c) a specified class of ADIs or authorised NOHCs; or
(d) one or more specified ADIs or authorised NOHCs.
