Schedule 4 Amendment of the Life Insurance Act 1995
31 Subsection 85(1)
Repeal the subsection, substitute:
(1) APRA may, in writing, approve a person as an auditor of life companies of either or both of the following kinds:
(a) life companies other than friendly societies;
(b) friendly societies.
