Historic Shipwrecks Act 1976
222 Subsection 10(2)
Repeal the subsection, substitute:
(2) A person is guilty of an offence if the person:
(a) is given a notice by the Minister under subsection (1); and
(b) refuses or fails to comply with the notice to the extent that the person is capable of complying with it.
Penalty: 20 penalty units.
