A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999
10 Subsection 132-5(4)
Omit all the words from and including "that the acquisition, importation or application", substitute:
that the acquisition, importation or application:
(a) relates to the making of*financial supplies; or
(b) is of a private or domestic nature.
