Schedule 6   Amendment of the Coal Excise Act 1949

14   Sections 20 and 21 (penalties)

Repeal the penalties, substitute:

Penalty: 10 penalty units.

Note: See section 4AA of the Crimes Act 1914 for the current value of a penalty unit.
