Hide history noteRegulations made for the purposes of this subsection may prescribe either or both of the following: (a) one or more requirements for a CCIV to make an acquisition mentioned in subsection 1230Q(1) ; (b) one or more restrictions on a CCIV making an acquisition mentioned in subsection 1230Q(1) .

Without limiting subsection (1) , regulations made for the purposes of that subsection may prescribe requirements or restrictions in relation to one or more of the following: (a) all CCIVs; (b) a specified class of CCIVs; (c) all sub-funds of all CCIVs; (d) a specified class of sub-funds of CCIVs; (e) all sub-funds of a specified class of CCIVs.
