Hide history noteTo avoid doubt, a person may bring civil proceedings for an order under section 1317AE , or civil proceedings for a contravention of subsection 1317AC(1) , (2) or (3) , in relation to particular conduct, even if a prosecution for a criminal offence against section 1317AC in relation to that conduct has not been brought, or cannot be brought.
