837G(2)
The Reserve Bank does not have to consult with the ACCC in relation to the making of a determination under subsection 837A(1) or (2) or 837B(1) or (2) if the ACCC has notified the Reserve Bank, in writing, that it does not wish to be consulted about: (a) the transfer concerned; or (b) a class of transfers that includes that transfer.
