527 Subsection 8AT(4)
Repeal the subsection, substitute:
(4) For the purposes of subsection (1), if Chapter 6D or 7 of the Corporations Act 2001 is repealed and replaced by another provision of that Act that deals with fundraising or securities regulation, the reference in that subsection to Chapter 6D or 7 of that Act is to be read as a reference to the replacement provision.
