120   Paragraph 106Q(1)(b)

Omit "the person had an accumulated HEC debt", substitute:

the person:

(i) had an accumulated HEC debt; or

(ii) if the 1 June occurs in the year 2006 or a later year - had an accumulated HELP debt;
