10 Subsection 10(1)
Insert:
licensing transition period means the period:
(a) starting on the commencement of Part 1 of Schedule 1 to the Superannuation Safety Amendment Act 2004; and
(b) ending immediately before the commencement of Part 2 of that Schedule.
