Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals Code Act 1994
5 Section 3 of the Schedule
Insert:
companion animal product means a veterinary chemical product solely for administration or application to animals that:
(a) are not food-producing species; and
(b) are not prescribed by the regulations.
