86   Notice by ACA Registrar under subsection 68(2) of the old Act

(1) This item applies if, before commencement:

(a) the ACA Registrar had given a person a notice under subsection 68(2) of the old Act in relation to a transitional corporation; and

(b) the time specified in the notice had not arrived.

(2) The notice has effect as if it had been given by the CATSI Registrar under subsection 453-5(1) of the new Act and had complied with subsections 453-5(2) and (3) of the new Act.
