Child Support (Assessment) Act 1989
8 Paragraph 88(a)
Repeal the paragraph, substitute:
(a) either:
(i) the agreement is a child support agreement; or
(ii) the agreement is a termination agreement or a written agreement referred to in paragraph 80G(1)(b); and
