the maintaining in good condition and repair of all structures, equipment and other property in an offshore area used or intended to be used for or in connection with: (a) the exploration for potential greenhouse gas storage formations in the offshore area; or (b) the exploration for potential greenhouse gas injection sites in the offshore area; or (c) the injection of a greenhouse gas substance into a part of a geological formation, where the part is in the offshore area; or (d) the storage of a greenhouse gas substance in a part of a geological formation, where the part is in the offshore area. |
