Add:

the removal from an offshore area, of structures, equipment and other items of property that: (a) have been brought into the offshore area for or in connection with: (i) the exploration for potential greenhouse gas storage formations; or (ii) the exploration for potential greenhouse gas injection sites; or (iii) the injection of a greenhouse gas substance into a part of a geological formation; or (iv) the storage of a greenhouse gas substance in a part of a geological formation; and (b) are not used, or intended to be used, for or in connection with: (i) the exploration for potential greenhouse gas storage formations; or (ii) the exploration for potential greenhouse gas injection sites; or (iii) the injection of a greenhouse gas substance into a part of a geological formation; or (iv) the storage of a greenhouse gas substance in a part of a geological formation. |
