25 Section 6
Insert:
petroleum scientific investigation consent means:
(a) a petroleum scientific investigation consent granted under Part 2.9 of this Act; or
(b) a scientific investigation consent granted under section 123 of the repealed Petroleum (Submerged Lands) Act 1967.
