72   Subsection 486E(2) (definition of official )

Repeal the definition, substitute:

official means any of the following:

(a) the Minister;

(b) an officer or employee in the Department;

(c) the Director;

(d) the Chairperson of the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Authority;

(e) a member of the staff of the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Authority.
