23 Subsection 24(4)
Repeal the subsection, substitute:
(4) The limitation in subsection (1A) does not apply in relation to a determination under subsection (3).
(5) A determination under subsection (3) overrides the following, to the extent of any inconsistency:
(a) a determination under subsection (1);
(b) the Australian Fair Pay and Conditions Standard;
(c) the National Employment Standards.
