Part 1   Interpretation of the transitional Schedules

1   What are the transitional Schedules?

The transitional Schedules are the following (including any regulations made for the purposes of any of the following):

(a) this Schedule; and

(b) Schedules 2 to 22, other than:

(i) Part 3 of Schedule 6; and

(ii) Parts 1, 2 and 3 of Schedule 17; and

(iii) items 21 to 22 of Schedule 18; and

(iv) Parts 1 to 8 of Schedule 22.
