124 Subparagraph 1066B-F1(aa)(ii)
Repeal the subparagraph, substitute:
(ii) apart from this point, the person's rate of pension would be nil merely because an advance pharmaceutical allowance has been paid to the person under Part 2.23 of this Act; and
